Paratrooper decapitated in North Carolina?

He went camping with his buddies and went MISSING! A PARATROOPER!!! A week later his decapitated head was recovered as it washed up on the beach. Now one of his camping buddies is to be arraigned on 1/20 for unrelated charges.
