Is the real estate crash finally here?

I wouldn't be talking about it if we didn't need to "keep watch", but we're definitely not in a crash yet, we haven't even experienced a pull-back much less a crash. That said, some of the variables that would need to line up are starting to do so...this is why we're going to talk about it and look at those things so we can be regularly mindful of what's possible and the likelihood of something big happening. I'm still very bullish long-term on Real Estate, very bullish on Bitcoin long-term and quite bearish on stocks/bonds in the short to intermediate term. Hope it helps! Links below.
