How can I justify buying a home with prices this high? Guest Robert Hughes

Everyone looking in this market is thinking the same thing. The same story with real estate has been around for decades. When I lived in Del Mar, I would ask people who lived there for decades what it was like when they bought. They all said the same thing...people told us we were crazy for paying that much.
