Ingredients:
1 butternut squash
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tbsp grapeseed oil
1/8 tsp Sea salt

Directions:
1. Remove seeds from the squash and cut it into thin slices. Coat
with extra virgin olive oil and grapeseed oil. Add a sprinkle of
salt and toss to coat well.
2. Arrange the squash slices onto three baking sheets and bake
for 10 minutes until crispy.
