Joshua and Caleb explain - The Nephilim
The Hebrew word "nefilim" is translated as "giants" or "the fallen ones," from the Hebrew naphal, "to fall." The Nephilim are a group of beings of unusually large size and strength who lived both before and after the flood. They are the offspring of "the sons of God" and the "daughters of men."
