Protect Figs from Birds with Tin Foil

The birds are already ignoring the rubber snakes in the tree, so what to do? We use some heavy duty foil and fold it a few times to create reusable fig protectors. We install them on the tree. Soon we will have a decent harvest of figs each day instead of feeding the birds!
