How Grandfathered Whites Will Increase Black Unemployment Rates

Mike McDaniels, the new head coach for the Miami Dolphins, was likely hired because he filled a minority hiring quota while at the same time giving the Dolphins and the NFL something they desperately want, a minority coach with alleged multiple lineages who looks and acts "White."

This is an old bait and switch move White folks have been doing for quite some time. White Supremacy is changing the way they hire and entertain minorities, especially Black ones. Today's minorities will be racially ambiguous to fill quotas and to avoid allegations of not being anti-Black or racially discriminatory. Grandfathereds will have a Whiteface, weak ties to Black and Brown lineage.

This is the Whitening of Blackness I was warning you all about. Democrats, Republicans, and employers like the NFL are doing this, so expect employers to follow suit. It's going to be a lot harder for Black people to get jobs in the future. The Mike McDaniels is hiring is the new way to avoid hiring Black people, in particular Black men. Any old tie to Black people will do.

ADVICE/SOLUTIONS:
Expect harassment at work, expect to be unemployed, and expect folks to pretend this isn't happening. Racial ambiguity is intentional and we all know why people reject their lineage to assimilate enough to become White. Pay attention and know these types of people are not allies nor friends. Govern yourselves accordingly. Prepare if possible to be self-employed. Work to transition yourself into fire-proof jobs/careers. Lastly, speak with your children. Integration is a tool of White Supremacy to sustain. White folks never marry and Blacken. Blacks and people of color marry them and Whiten. If you're not cool with that, have a talk with your family about your desire to maintain your lineage and culture to avoid the erasure of Blackness from your family.
