Release 0.13.4 2/15/2022

- Fixed drag and drop into Quick Notes to include display name
- Added drag and drop OTFs into editables (Ads, Skills, spells, notes, etc.)
- Changed "(Blind Roll)" so as to not confuse HTML parsing

Release 0.13.3 2/7/2022

- Updated Brazilian Portuguese language file.
- Fixed OTF parsing of [70]
- Fixed initial importing of vtt_notes
- Fixed Blind rolls
