CUSTOMER CALLED SAID HE FELL! - LEAF IT ALONE

I got a call at night from a customer saying they tried to get into the backyard to feed the birds but ended up falling. Wife asked if I could clear a small path for her husband to feed the birds. I told her I would at no extra charge, it's not always about the money. Building a relationship with customers is my number 1.
