I Read to You: Why Do We Treat the Victims of Anna Delvey and Tinder Swindler So Poorly?

This article in the Independent is behind a paywall but I'll read it to you. Are victims of romance scams treated badly? The victims of Anna Delvey and the Tinder Swindler aren't given too much sympathy. Personally, I think the shaming might save some people from going through it.
