1/2 cup whole milk (full fat non-dairy milk may be used)
5 grams yeast
67 grams granulated sugar (natural alternative sweeteners may be used)
531 grams all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
4 large eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten
140 grams unsalted butter, room temperature (healthy butter alternatives may also be used)

Syrup
135 grams granulated sugar (alternative sweeteners will NOT work with this)
2/3 cup water

Fudge Filling
100 grams granulated filling (alternative natural sweetener may be used)
3/4 cup heavy cream
pinch of kosher salt
170 grams bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
112 grams (1 stick) unsalted butter, diced (healthy butter alternatives may be used)
2 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Streusel
60 grams flour
45 grams granulated sugar (alternative sugar subs may be used)
1 2/2 tsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
64 grams unsalted butter, melted (healthy butter alt may be used)
60 grams semisweet chocolate chips
