Workout With An Injured Back (Or Leg!)

However, when you have low back pain, including sciatica, a herniated disc, back muscle spasms, or stenosis, working out can seem like an impossible task. In this video, I go over how to modify your workout when you're injured, and strength exercises for the lower body, arms, and abs with resistance bands and dumbbells.
