The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been able to turn some of its own citizens into de-facto spies for the regime. The long tentacles of their spy agencies reach far beyond China's own borders and are operating in the United States. NTD asked Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) what he thinks of all this.
