Dr Devendra Balhara was detained yesterday in Chandigarh for not wearing a mask. He said to the authorities that he had difficulty breathing with the mask but was still taken to the police station. The authorities are now turning draconian and they have not yet filed the charges on the basis of which he is being detained.
