In this week's broadcast, I spoke about being sexually abused when I was 12 years old and the healing journey I've been through since then. One key takeaway from this experience was the realization that for healing to truly take place, it must take place in our hearts. During the second half of the hour, I guided participants through a heart-healing process through the energetic blueprint of the Sacred Heart of Christ, Mother Mary, and the Buddha.
