Jenna Shaputis and Brien Bennett live in Olympia Wa. We apply self directed, self governing agricultural endeavors for a livlihood. Land stewardship is a means to access land use. Biochar is a crucial element to create a valued commodity from biowaste. To counter the communitarian driven economic failure, we want to bring attention to biochar solutions. Nutrient dense soils create nutrient dense vegetables. There has been a great void between the two commercially over the past 100 years including organically produced. Who, When, Where, and why biochar contributes to healthy soils is a necessary discussion we would like to expose.
