Groundwater LOW In Western Kansas & Seized Property To Be EASIER To Get Back From Law Enforcement

Groundwater levels are over one foot lower, on average, in Central & Western Kansas. The State Legislature is looking to make getting property back from law enforcement easier, instead of paying lawyers MORE than what the property may be worth.
