MALAYSIA OPERATES THE BEST AND VERY POISONOUS! BAYRAKTAR TB-2

The Bayraktar TB2 is a Turkish unmanned aerial vehicle. It was developed by Baykar Makina company. It is a medium altitude attack drone, which has long durability. This can be used for reconnaissance, surveillance and ground attacks.

Development began in 2007. It made its first flight in 2009. In the same year it was selected by the Turkish army. It was adopted by the Turkish military in 2014. Bayraktar TB2 was widely used by the Turkish military during the conflicts in Syria and Libya.

The drone reportedly destroyed a number of Russian-made Pantsyr-S1 short-range air defense systems. By 2020 Bayraktar has flown more than 200,000 hours. This is a record for the Turkish aviation industry. These attack drones have been exported to Ukraine.

Delivery began in 2019. By 2020 the Bayraktar TB2 drone was widely used by Azerbaijan against targets in Armenia.

This armed drone is powered by a single 105 hp twin Rotax 912 engine. It can travel at a maximum speed of more than 220 km. The maximum range is 6 000 km. It can reach an altitude of 8.2 km. This drone has a flight time of 24 hours.

All critical components of this Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), including flight control systems, INS-GPS, takeoff systems and automatic landing are manufactured in Turkey. In 2009 during trials this drone has shown automatic action,

during takeoff, cruise flight, and landing, this attack drone is capable of carrying a maximum payload of 65 kg. It can carry 4 MAM-C or MAM-L missiles. These missiles are specially designed for UAVs and light attack aircraft with low payload capacity.

These missiles have laser guidance and can engage targets stationary or moving. The MAM-C has a high warhead, while the MAM-L has a thermobar warhead. By 2020 the Bayraktar TB2 drone is reported to have destroyed more than 100 Tanks

This includes 69 Armenian tanks and 30 Syrian Arab military tanks. These figures do not include the many military vehicles, commandos and military posts destroyed by these drones.

TB2 Bayraktar proved to be very effective in the Turkish military service. This attack drone made its name as the Turkish Pantsyr killer.

During the military action in Syria and Libya this drone was reported to perform very well.

If Malaysia chooses Bayrakter TB2, it will be the 8th or 9th Country to use this TB2. Thus, Bayraktar will probably open their new Facility in malaysia & it is indeed very Battle Proven and proven during the War in Syria, Libya, Azerbaijan & Kurdish-Turkish Conflict.
