It's Difficult to Get This Pup to Leave the Park

Info from Licensor: My dog loves the park and playing with the ball. He knows once I put his harness on that it’s time to go. What he does once it’s on is throw his body to the ground and will not budge or get up unless picked up. We slowly drag him all the way back to the car and then leave.
