According to sources close to and with Bob Saget the night of his final performance, he mentioned having hearing loss, not feeling well, and having a sore throat among other symptoms and ailments.

In audio released from an interview to the Orange County Police in the days after the discovery, showrunner Rosalie Cocci from the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall said Saget was having to psych himself up for the performance and asked for all the audio to be turned up. The likely source of his symptoms were those of his battle with "long COVID" after his recovery weeks ago, which is likely and could have contributed to the fall. The only thing that seems off is the hearing loss, that sticks out like a certain appendage at a brothel...
