Diagnosing a Vox AC15 with no Power

Today we diagnose why a Korg era Vox AC15 has no power. I tried to do a little more basic overview diagnosing this one since it's something that could commonly come up with those less experienced tube amp owners. We also look at my very basic tube tester.
