I love to dance! It has always enhanced my life and after teaching Belly Dance for 10 years in the UK, when I moved to Cape Town I took few years rest...now I am delighted to be running some dance classes again.
Just for fun and the pure joy of it! These are held at The Center in Noordhoek, Cape Town once a month.
All ages, shapes and sizes welcome, come and dance and enhance your Heart and Soul in a beautiful sacred space.
