60 g flour (1/4 cup)
3 tbsp butter or 2 tbsp olive oil or any other
4-5 cloves of garlic
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
90 g (1/3 cup) honey (or maple syrup)
Green onion (optional)
