Russian forces continue attacks on Ukraine

In a video address Monday, Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the Ukrainian port city of Mariupol is being "reduced to ashes" by Russia's military aggression, but also said the city will survive. This comes as fears rise that Russia will escalate its attacks on Ukraine with a senior U.S. defense official saying its troops are stalled near the capital city of Kyiv looking for a chance to gain some momentum.
