Mariupol holds symbolic meaning: analyst

The battle for the Ukrainian city of Mariupol is symbolic for both Kyiv and Moscow and will prove hard to hold should it fall to Russia, the head of the Ukraine Forum at London-based international affairs think tank Chatham House said on Monday.
