Colorado House Passes Abortion Rights Bill

Colorado has some of the loosest regulations on abortion—no limits on when the procedure can be done and no medical reason is necessary. But Democrats there have now passed a bill that would make getting an abortion a legal right. Other states are also headed in this direction ahead of what could be a landmark ruling by the Supreme Court.
