Larry Elder says that California is ready to hit rock bottom as crime surges across the state, caused by bad progressive policies at the state and municipal level. Between an increase in violent crimes like homicide, rising levels of drug use, and the growing homeless problem, Elder says that people are starting to wake up to the fact that change is needed. He outlines some steps that California can take to address these issues: reign in environmentalist extremists, promote school choice, and to "make sure bad guys do time for their crimes."
