Tennis: a pain "like a needle that being pressed", describes Nadal downed in the final at Indian Wells.
"I was in pain. It's hard to breathe. I don't know if it's in my ribs... When I breathe, when I move, it's like a needle being pressed. And it's not just the pain, it affects my breathing," the 35-year-old Spaniard explained in a press conference.
