3rd time lucky for Criminal who had case reverse twice by SCOTUS?

Frank Richardson was convicted of crimes and sentence to 120 years in prison. Twice (!), he has had his case reviewed and reversed by the US Supreme Court. Because twice (!) the Sixth Circuit court of appeals has screwed up his case. Sixth Circuit forgot how to do law!

For our third trip to the Sixth Circuit, the Sixth Circuit has to decide whether it got it right the first two times in light of being reverse the first two times. They also see if they can get it right on a third try! Will Richardson be third time lucky?
