Chokeholds by police make it to the Supreme Court

In City of LA v Lyons, a guy made it to the Supreme Court arguing he was under threat of receiving a choke hold from the police. He wanted an injunction to prevent that from happening. We discuss his case, and we discuss how our new understanding of the facts may alter the legal judgment reflected in this case.
