Prison guard "mistreatment" is a QI question

Women behind bars isn't always fun. In this case, a woman behind bars was mistreated by a prison guard. They concede the maltreatment, but plead QI - we didn't know better!

In today's case, we review the 8th amendment, and whether this woman can get any relief.
