Yes, it is true. Well, technically EVERY member of Congress gets a copy of Hustler in the mail every month, so Kamala isn't special. But then, the title doesn't need to make that particularly clear :)

Many member of Congress would prefer not to - to the point they tried to get the USPS to block the mail. But wait - can Congress do that?

In today's case, we review the law as it relates to mail, and how my title, while super click bait by riding that Kamala Harris is VP nominee news wave, is technically correct :)
