Gay parents break up, drama over parental rights

A gay couple had a child. Of course, only one was a biological parent. And as you might expect, the law has had trouble dealing with this. In this case, the non-biological parent was excluded from contact with the kid, and may or may not have done things to constitute stalking. Let's discuss!
