Bonnie and Clyde of meth ends in arrest [see description, I made a mistake :( ]

Errata: Not for the first time, I mixed up the cases of Jones and Carpenter. Jones is the case dealing with the police putting a GPS device on a car without a warrant. Jones is not particularly relevant to this case :( . Carpenter deals with accessing cell phone information over an extended period of time, which is relevant to the case. Sorry about that :(
