The 1A SLAPP motion to dismiss: federal court?

SLAPP refers to a Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Policy - or to put it another way, suing because someone said something you don't like and you want them to shut up. Anti-SLAPP is special motion to dismiss designed to prevent this from happening. But it is a creature of state law. So the quesstion arises: can I use Anti-SLAPP in federal court? Let's discuss!
