Audi center vent not working

2016 Audi A3 center vent actuator failing so the center vents don’t blow air. Located driver side hight into the car. Remove the lower dash panel with 8mm and t15 torques under the dash side panel unplugged head light switch. Remove air bag with 10mm and long Extion with swivel. Unplug it remove ducking with trim tool one plastic pop clip. I believe it’s was t25 toques to remove the two screw the hold the actuator.
