President Biden calls Vladimir Putin a “murderous dictator, a pure thug” at St Patrick’s Day address

Biden lashed out at the Russian president during a Thursday St Patrick’s Day luncheon on Capitol Hill calling him a “murderous dictator, a pure thug.”

The US president also labelled Putin a “war criminal” this week in a passing response to a question from the press.
