Hi Wonderful People!
Time to have some fun. Starting your day with a #MorningWorkout is one of the best #habits you can incorporate in your life. You do not need to exercise for hours a day to stay fit and agile. I found a beautiful park near the water in West Palm Beach, Florida to do our workout today. Do your best to follow along for 20 minutes that includes 20 functional movements. Be sure to stay hydrated by drinking filtered spring water before and after the #allstanding, #alllevels, and #lowimpact class.
