How to boil potatoes(Yukon,Russet,Red Potatoes)
Directions
Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with one inch of water. Sprinkle in a pinch or two of salt and bring to boil

Once boiling, reduce the heat to a rapid simmer and cook for the following times:

10-12 minutes for peeled and cubed potatoes

15-20 minutes for Hall Road or Yukon Gold potatoes

25-30 minutes for whole rusted potatoes
