Limealade, Lime Marmalade

What do you do when you have a free box of limes?
Make limealade of course,
Today we have made lime marmalade ready to can in recycled honey jars,
I had always thought that making marmalade would be harder than making jam/jelly as marmalade generally enjoys a more set texture that I assumed would be difficult to achieve, however that is not the case, the natural pectin in the limes makes this recipe an absolute doddle, it's easier than most jams/jelly I have made and everybody loves it
