Wake up EU/US

General Laurence Wilkersen says that "Putin is making money from higher Gas prices". Is he? Money (T)he(Y) can't spend. I think that unless these blockings of Russian transactions end, they should turn the tap off until they can be paid money they can spend, but obviously that would mean, unblocking the banking & media systems & make the deluge of propaganda that they are trying to subject us to, meaningless, wouldn't it ?!
