WHAT IS IT to Believe On Jesus

What did it truly mean when Paul and Silas said to the Philippian jailer in Acts 16:.1, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved..."?
What does it mean to "accept Christ as my Savior"?
Hint: It does NOT mean what the apostate evangelist Billy Graham said it means...
