Remember, this is just after the Canadian dicktator in February shut down the Great Canadian Freedom Convoy (GCFC) in Ottawa by imposing the Emergencies Act on peaceful protestors with the help of the submissive media class at the CBC, who ran a #fakenews story about foreign financing of the GCFC. This was the first invocation of the Act since it passed in 1987.

The Emergencies Act is a redrafted form of the War Measures Act that it superseded. The present Act was redrafted specifically to protect the Charter rights (including in section 2c peaceful assembly and section 8 freedom from unreasonable search and seizure) of Canadians.

The Freeland regulations that he used to invoke the Emergencies Act included legalese that enabled the seizure of the bank accounts of ordinary folks that funded the crowd-sourced Freedom Convoy.

So it was against this backdrop that on 7 March the "Fuck Trudeau" chants broke out in the crowd that gathers on Whitehall Road across the street from the statue of 1st Viscount Bernard Montgomery of Alamein, victor of the Desert Fox.
