Missiles hit aircraft repair plant in Lviv - governor

Reuters video showed clouds of black smoke rising on the horizon of Lviv, on Friday morning (March 18) as the city's governor said four missiles hit an aircraft maintenance facility in the western Ukrainian city, destroying its buildings. Separately, Ukraine's military said the facility was struck by cruise missiles launched from the direction of the Black Sea.
