Russian cruise missiles evade NATO early warning system

NATO personel set up training centres merely 10 miles from Polish border inside Ukraine to train foreign mercenaries on how to use NATO weaponry in a training centre of nearly 400 sq.KM size.
Russia sent 30 cruise missiles from deep inside Russian territory, perhaps 900 to a thousand KM away, and still evade NATO early warning and devastates the training centre.
How come?
Also, is the real fight behind the Russia-Ukraine conflict is between Russia and other nations taking on the Globalists NWO regime ?
