DPR Leader pays tribute to the civilians who died from ballisitic missile (March 2022)

The ballistic missile, equipped with fragment ammunition was fired from Ukrainian positions, landed in busy city center in broad daylight killing civilians. It has been reported to have been intercepted by Russian defense but some parts still managed to land and explode. Military leaders estimate it would have been 100 times worse otherwise.
