Putin Statement Today

Putin today:
"It was a real threat. Already in the foreseeable future with the international military cooperation the pro-nazi regime in Kyiv could have received weapons of mass destruction whose target - of course - would have been Russia."
"All diplomatic avenues were exhausted. They did not leave us with any options to solve in peaceful manners the problems not caused by us...."
He also says they have no desire to occupy the country but rather finish their special military operation.

Could these weapons of mass destruction have anything to do with the biolabs the US was trying to hide?
