Transgender Minors, Hormones, and Texas Collide in Doe v Abbott.

Ken Paxton and Greg Abbott the attorney general and governor of Texas respectively, has promulgated an executive order directive child services to invesitgate patents and doctor who perform transgender procedures on minors. A court has put a block on these directives. Today, we will look at the AG's opinion, discuss where the case is procedurally, and review next steps.
