Charter of RIghts vs Bill of Rights

The Canadian Constitution Act is the supreme law of Canada that applies across the whole nation, therefore the Constitution Act and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms (which is part of the Constitution Act) takes precedence over all the other laws in the Provinces and Federal government.

The Bill of Rights is a Federal Law and as such only applies to Federal jurisdiction, and as such is not applicable to all Canadians.
