WELLINGTON – Beginning May 1, visitors from countries and territories with visa-free agreements with New Zealand, such as Singapore, will be able to enter the country.
New Zealand's tight border controls will be lifted early, according to Prime Minister Jacinda Arden, since the country's world-leading pandemic response has made it "a safe place to visit."
